Policy for HIPPA

All Abundant Life Employees and Contractors will follow HIPPA Policy as they relate to our dealings with Consumers and Families. Abundant Life Employees and Contractors will not discuss Confidential Information about Consumer’s outside the workplace with anyone, including other Abundant Life Employees. This includes speaking about Consumers to other Consumers and their families both in the Workplace, In their homes, or in Public Setting. Discussion about any consumer in between Abundant Life Professionals, and Staff within the confines of the workplace. By signing this document, I am acknowledged that I understand and agree:
